I try to attend to most needs as best as I can – however, the Dr. had more experience with my dogs needs and took care of his issues quickly and treated me respectfully. I will return.

We were having a medical emergency and you took us right in and never made us feel rushed or that we were being squeezed in between other appointments. The shoe has been on the other foot for me and I didn’t mind waiting for a routine procedure while you took care of someone else’s emergency. I appreciate that you triage!
